- Order history and your wishlist
- Messages you send to customer support
- A login cookie that keeps you signed in, and your cart stored in your own browser
Our website is meant for parents and adults buying for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay's page; we never see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.
How we use your data
To process and deliver orders, send order updates, provide support, prevent fraud and, if you opt in, send offers. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with courier partners, Razorpay and the service providers who host our website and send emails.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, or stop marketing messages, by writing to ask@giftoys.shop. We respond within 30 days.
