Are your toys safe for children?
Yes. We sell only toys that carry the BIS (ISI) mark required for toys sold in India, made with non-toxic paints and child-safe materials. Toys for babies have no small parts.
How do I pick the right toy for my child's age?
Every toy shows an age group (0–2, 3–5, 6–8 or 9+ years). Use Shop by age on the homepage or the age filter in the shop. Still unsure? WhatsApp us and we will help you choose.
How does the party box work?
Pick any mini toys in the party box builder, in any mix. When every slot is filled, the party box price applies automatically. It is perfect for birthday return gifts. You can also add fewer toys at their regular price.
Do toys come with batteries?
Battery-powered toys show how many batteries they need on the product page. Unless the page says a rechargeable battery is included, batteries are not included.
Can I return a toy?
Yes. Unused toys in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded if you tell us within 48 hours.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift hampers come ready to gift. For any order, add a gift note at checkout and we will include it in the parcel.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, COD is available on most pincodes for a small handling fee shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 24 to 48 hours. Metro cities usually receive orders in 2 to 4 days and the rest of India in 4 to 7 days.
Do you supply return gifts in bulk?
Yes. Return Gift Packs are priced per dozen with an instant rate on the product page. For schools, events and corporate orders, write to us from the Contact page.
